Mitchell Levy had already spent decades building companies, interviewing thought leaders, and advising executives. His work had established him as an expert in clarity, credibility, and leadership.
About halfway through his doctoral journey at Gateway University, Mitchell recognized that many of the ideas he had been developing around leadership, clarity, and credibility were part of a larger framework. At that point, he shifted the focus of his dissertation from credibility and clarity to what would become Executive Abundance leadership framework.
The research that followed did not create the framework. It helped validate, refine, and strengthen it.
Another realization came during preparation for the dissertation defense. In doctoral programs, the proposal phase is when candidates ask their committee for permission to conduct the research. By the time of the defense, the dynamic changes. The candidate has become the person who knows the most about that specific topic.
That shift in perspective was powerful.
Gateway University doesn't create your authority.
