WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Dr. Lisha Antiqua is a transformational educator and trauma-informed practitioner whose life’s work centers on helping individuals reclaim identity, sovereignty, and soul alignment after trauma. Featured on FOX, ABC, NBC, and recognized as America’s Premier Expert in healing from abuse, she brings more than two decades of experience guiding survivors, students, and professionals into embodied wholeness.
She is the founder of the Amazing You and Reclaim Intimacy methods—integrative, whole-person approaches that blend somatic psychology, neuroplasticity, emotional intelligence, and transpersonal theory. She is also the creator of the long-standing Divine in 9 yoga teacher training program, which has certified instructors around the world since 2006.
As a mentor to coaches, therapists, and spiritual leaders, Dr. Lisha specializes in teaching soul-centered, trauma-informed skills that restore identity, strengthen boundaries, and support deep personal transformation. Her work helps practitioners develop the confidence, clarity, and embodied presence needed to guide others through healing with compassion and integrity.
Dr. Lisha continues to teach, speak, and develop programs with a single mission: to end cycles of trauma and empower individuals to live whole, sovereign, soul-led lives.
Integration of Identity After Trauma is an immersive, experiential journey into reclaiming the wholeness of the Self. Rather than learning about trauma only through theory, students develop practical skills through guided practices, embodiment exercises, energy techniques, and soul-centered explorations designed to restore inner coherence.
Each week, learners move through a seven-zone map of healing—the body, mind, emotions, energy field, relationships, purpose, and the soul. In every class, you will practice what you’re learning: sensing subtle-body disruptions, applying somatic grounding, mapping belief patterns, exploring emotional triggers, repairing the aura, strengthening boundaries, and reconnecting with purpose. These skills become living tools you can use for your own healing and in your work with others.
Experiential labs, guided meditations, partner practices, and reflective inquiry help you identify where trauma has fragmented identity and how to gently integrate those parts back into wholeness. You will deepen your intuitive sensitivity, strengthen energetic sovereignty, and learn methods to support clients in cultivating safety, coherence, and soul-guided transformation.
By blending transpersonal psychology with embodied spiritual practice, this course becomes a sacred experience—one where identity heals, the soul becomes present, and your natural gifts as a healer, guide, or lightworker unfold with clarity and confidence.
